Yes. We shop worldwide. More information can be found on our delivery page. Shipping starts at £10 for international orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days . 

Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

All products are true to size, but we would always recommend sizing up if like us, you love an oversized fit. 

You can check out our sizing guide for specific measurements.

We are able to accept most major credit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. 

We do! We offer digital gift vouchers that are delivered straight to your inbox.

Each e-gift voucher has a unique code in the confirmation email, which is only redeemable with WELL THE BRAND online.

The unique e-gift voucher code can be input at checkout against your purchase. 

If the full amount isn’t used against one purchase the balance will remain on the e-gift card.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number on so that you can follow the journey of your Well product.

Unfortunately once your item has been processed, we will be unable to cancel or amend your order.  If you make a mistake when placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help you.

Oh no! We are so sorry!! In the likely event that you have received the wrong item, an item is missing, or your item is faulty, please get in touch with us right away at hello@wellthebrand.com with as much information as possible, including photos. 

Once we receive this, we will do our very best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

If your order tracking shows ‘Returned to sender’ it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:

The parcel was refused.

The courier was unable to deliver to the address after several attempts. 

The delivery address was incomplete.

The parcel was damaged in transit. 

The order was not collected from the pickup point within the time period.

This is unfortunately out of our control, however, once it has been returned to us, we will issue a refund within 5-10 working days. 

As we order lower quantities of stock to avoid waste, it is likely that some items will sell out quickly. Some will be restocked - the best way to find out when we are expecting new stock is to sign up to be a ‘Friend Aswell’ via our mailing list.

To return an item, a returns request needs to be created. Log in to your account and create a request here within 14 days of receiving your order.
